Oyster Mushrooms with Garlic and Parsley
Garlic and fresh parsley enhance the natural flavor of the oyster mushrooms, creating a delicious result in just a few minutes, perfect as a side dish or a light appetizer.

Ingredients
- 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 200 g mushrooms, in 2 cm slices
- 3 cloves of garlic, crushed and chopped
- Parsley, finely chopped
- Salt to taste
Instructions
Heat a frying pan on low heat with the olive oil.
Add the mushrooms and a good pinch of salt. Sauté until soft and slightly golden edges, about 8 minutes.
Add the chopped garlic and parsley and cook for another 3-4 minutes and serve immediately
